The Instant Pot is HOT right now. Everyone is talking about it and raving about how easy it is to pressure cook your food now. I had to know what the fuss was about so I splurged on one a couple months ago. Let me tell you, it does NOT disappoint! (as a side note, you can get it today cheaper than ever for Prime Day. One day only so don’t wait.)22 Paleo Instant Pot Recipes (1)

I started out by cooking a simple chicken dish, just to see what we thought. I cooked chicken breasts from frozen to make a moist chicken burrito filling and from start to finish it was ready in about 25 minutes. That’s a win in my book. It would take less time if they weren’t frozen, but I hadn’t planned ahead. So then I jumped in and found some awesome recipes online to try out. I hope you like these too! I’ve found 22 paleo Instant Pot recipes that anyone will love!
