Trying out a new affordable makeup brand that’s going viral on TikTok for the first time – Peaches & Cream makeup.
We love affordable beauty brands here at Volumes of Beauty, but we usually stick to brands you can find at the drugstore.
But, since signing up to TikTok, I’ve discovered so many independently-owned brands that are super affordable you can’t just find at your local drugstore.
One of the most popular brands I hear people talking about constantly is the Liverpool-based and women-owned makeup brand, Peaches & Cream.
Almost, if not all of their products cost under £10 – insanely affordable, right? They also have the cutest packaging I’ve ever seen of any brand. Just browse through their eyeshadow pigments and take a look at all of the boxes to see what I mean!
I’ve been wanting to try their products for so long, so I recently picked up a variety of the different products that they sell, so that I could try them out and let you know if it’s worth your money.

Peaches & Cream Makeup
For my first order, I went with one of their Pick ‘n’ Mix bundles, they have a few different bundles depending on how many products you want. These bundles are great because by buying multiple items at once you get a bit of a discount. I went for the ‘Pick Any 3 Products’ bundle where you get a face product, eye product and lip product for £15.
For my bundle, I picked the Cream Contour, Eye pigment in the shade Wicked and the lipgloss in the shade 1999.
I also got 2 makeup brushes from them in my order, I wasn’t in much of a need for new brushes, but I’d heard such good things about the quality of these that I couldn’t pass them up.
So are the Peaches and Cream cosmetics products worth it? Here are my first impressions.
Peaches Cream Contour Review
It feels like every brand ever is bringing out cream bronzing products at the moment, but are they doing them for £6.50 like Peaches & Cream?
The Peaches Cream Contour comes in 2 shades, which is a very poor shade range. I got shade 1 which is the lighter of the 2.
Shade 1 is quite warm-toned, which may not work on people with super pale skin. My skin is quite pale and I think it just works on me.
The formula is really impressive, it reminds me a lot of the Fenty Cheeks Out Cream Bronzer (which is one of my all-time favourite cream bronzers). It’s creamy, easy to blend, has a semi-matte finish and lasts for a really long time.
Even though the colour in the pan can look quite scary, I find that the product does sheer out a lot so it’s easy to make the shade work for me.
Peaches Loose Eyeshadow Pigment review
Peaches and Cream are most well-known for their eyeshadow pigments, and there’s so many to choose from.
All of the shades are jaw-droppingly gorgeous, so it took me a long time to decide on just one. In the end, I went for the shade ‘Wicked’ which is a silvery grey shade.
I love this pigment, the colour is beautiful and shows up so well on the eyes. It’s the perfect mix of colour and glitter that compliments any smokey look I create.
How do you use Peaches eyeshadow pigments?
I like to use an eyeshadow primer before applying these pigments, this will help them stick to your eyelids better and last longer.
Next, I dip a small brush into the pigment, then tap it on the back of my hand to work the product into the brush and minimise any fall out (you want to pat the product rather than tapping it, as you don’t want to take all the product off your brush).
Peaches Lipgloss Review
Initially, I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this product, as I’m not normally a lipgloss-wearer. But I was so pleasantly surprised to find that this product is unlike any lipgloss I’d tried before.
It has the pigment of a lipstick, but the slip of a gloss. It also doesn’t feel sticky like some glosses can be – it’s the perfect combination.
The shade 1999, in particular, is absolutely stunning, it’s a typical 90s nude lip colour but has a nice amount of pink and warmth in it that doesn’t wash you out at all.
Peaches Makeup Brushes Review
To get a good idea of the quality of their makeup brushes, I got myself an eye and face brush – the PC37 Tapered Crease Brush and PC18 Contour Brush to be precise, which both cost £5.
These brushes are of excellent quality, very comparable to other popular brands like Morphe or Real Techniques, but at a fraction of the price.
The tapered brush is a great eyeshadow brush to have in your kit because it’s super smooth and helps to create a really defined crease or to blend out eyeliner on the upper and lower lash lines.
The contour brush is a densely packed brush that works best with cream products. It blends products out like a dream and doesn’t leave any streaks or brush marks. It’s also been great for me as it helps to keep your contour super precise.
Final thoughts
My final thoughts on the Peaches & Cream makeup products are overwhelmingly positive!
I’ve been so impressed by all of the products that I’ve used, and the price makes the quality even more unbelievable.
My favourite product that I tried was the pigment, the shade I got is the perfect shade for a smokey eye. I now want to try all of their other shades – the top shades on my wishlist being Snakebite and Gatsby.
