    Style Guide

Today, a chapter of gathering rises, where technology and humanity weave a narrative of seamless interaction.Allow me to introduce you to my vision of a corporate institution from a retro-future POV. At the heart of #corporateexistence lies its identity, mirrored in the representation of the #digitaltwin. Accessible 24/7, it intertwines the analog & the digital, creating a unified identity resonating across both spheres. Only a holistic #styleguide from the ring bell at your door over the CTA-Button on your website can master this challenge. Let them move with ease through space in analog and digital harmony.By offering an intuitive space to explore movements that meets expectations the visitor aims to expand the perception of possibilities of your institution. The journey throughout your #corporateinstitution structures the companyโ€™s expertise, products & services at the point of interest. Let AI complete our #humanlimitation and becomes a partner in our metamorphosis to a fulfilling #techhumanhybrid. So a new chapter of #humanenvironmentinteraction unfolds analog & digital merge that forms an immersive environment, enriching both physical and virtual habitats. Information is everything, only a solid data structure, akin to a smart #CMS, forms the backbone. A #digitalplatform equips you and your company to address #businessinquiries and meet #customerneeds, orchestrating a symphony of an #informationsystem for everyone at the right time & place to the right time. You play a special role to complete the #ecosystems. Beyond physical walls, you harmonise with the #collaborativesurroundings, become a tangible expression of your #symbioticaffairs. The showcase of your #socialposition emphasises the significance in the community, which raise traffic and the overall relevance.Connecting the dots, in my vision of now, #TransparencyIsKey to connect the worlds for its #CollectivePotential. Letโ€™s create a harmonious blend where the corporate environment becomes an extension of identity.Step into the future of corporate environments where companies evolve from mere entities to integral parts of a greater whole.Share your thoughts below on how businesses can transcend and become more than a part of the sum.~ DaredConcept & Copywriting by Dared StudioThe image was generated by DALLยทE 3 prompted and edit by Ben Schรคfer

One of the most interesting turns in 2023/so far in 2024 have been the emergence of technology in the workplace ๐ŸงFor example, it is said by Imaginovation Insider that 43% of businesses plan to reduce their #workforce because of technology integration. Although, 34% will expand their workforce due to technology integration. There are pros and cons to technology, and we strongly believe that ๐Ÿ’ก For example, software like graphic design #AI could be sneaking in underneath graphic designers and their jobs (objectively). Though it could also provide jobs to those running said software. Have a headache yet? We do. Thinking about the #future is important and technology has made exponential and exciting strides in the past couple of years. What do you think will be the next emerging trend?

    Transforming business through human connection

Fascinating read on how the design industry risks turning creatives into assembly line workers. While the call for more governance in design is loud and clear, we shouldn't lose sight of the critical element of creativity. In the rush for efficiency, we run the risk of sacrificing the very soul of designโ€”exploration and innovation. My thoughts:- Efficiency vs. Creativity: Some level of structure can actually act as a catalyst for innovation. Just like a jazz musician plays better within a certain scale, designers may find that 'limitations' spark more ingenious solutions.-Size Matters: The article implies that larger corporations stifle creativity. However, it's often these big companies that have the resources for R&D, experimentation, and pushing the envelope in design. It's not just a matter of culture but how resources are allocated for creativity.-Technology as an Enabler: The article touches on AI potentially automating 60% of execution work in the next 5-10 years. This isn't necessarily a curse. Automation could liberate designers from mundane tasks, allowing more time for creative problem-solving.In short, governance doesn't have to be the enemy of creativity. It can be its sparring partner, pushing it to new heights. #ConnectExperienceDesign#Innovation#UserResearch https://lnkd.in/gQBqHhBy

The swell of effeciency will grind the gears of humanity to a halt.We forget the business of business is to make the most impact for the least amount of money and effort. What good is a daily word count when a machine can do one-hundred times more than you can? What good is a digital design background when you can stitch together anything with a few keywords and some light photoshop experience? Will AI destroy the world? No, it isn't powerful enough. What it will do is destroy the jobs we didn't need in the first place. Jobs propped up with false metrics and forced quantitative measures. Since the executives were already measuring you from the beginning with your button clicks, your keystrokes, and how long you can sit in front of your computer without going to the bathroom.Humans are the highest cost to the bottom line for any business. We can now replace them with tools that don't require a vacation, won't get sick, and doesn't have a family. This is the time to sort your house in order and see where you want to go now. Since the business world is pushing people out, then it might be time to build up our own world to play in, one filled with creativity and artistry. One that can't be replaced by typing in a prompt and clicking a button.#Efficiency #Automation #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork #DigitalTransformation #JobAutomation #TechnologyImpact #WorkplaceChanges #Adaptability #CreativityAndInnovation #ai #experience #design #people #jobs

Our in-house #CreativeTeam at #ParshipMeetGroup works from different locations in Europe and North America. In part 2 of our short series we reveal the challenges our designers are facing when working together โ€“ and look at the aspects which work particularly well. โ“ What are main challenges?Merging a company naturally requires technical adjustments, for example collaborative tools and a digital #workspace. This takes some time and planning. We always try to find the best solutions for the team and our stakeholders by regularly rethinking existing structures and implementing new workflows. A smooth image and sound quality are particularly important for our digital meetings. If there are problems in this field and other challenges are added, such as people having to discuss in a foreign language, a meeting can become quite tricky. In addition, having creative sessions #remotely is generally more difficult when several people are talking at once. The time difference between our Germany and U.S. locations also requires a high degree of flexibility from everyone involved. โ“ And what works particularly well? We are proud of our team spirit, which is great, despite our hybrid way of working. Although we used to work in different teams with different habits before, we are all on the same page. Thanks to our seamless communication, we manage to work together effectively across many different projects and are always keen to support each other. Our feedback culture is based on #appreciation and goal-orientation. It is important to us to share open feedback on ideas and projects whenever it is needed. Thanks to our different fields of expertise, we can look at a topic from many perspectives โ€“ that's what a #creative team needs! In the next and final part of our series, our creative team talks about the influence of intercultural perspectives on design language. #newwork #design #artdirector #creativedirector #dating #highlyremote

โ€œIf we can create those sparks and have that alchemical moment during the experience where people open up and connect to themselves, they will discover untapped potential and start to behave in ways they wouldn't have done before.โ€ In the run-up to our October We Create Meaning event, I had the opportunity to speak with Experience Design Expert Pigalle Tavakkoli on how to design transformative experiences that help people actualize their potential. It was great fun and I learned so much. Here are some takeaways:๐Ÿ‘‰ Pigalle loves to savor works of psychology and philosophy as much as she likes to strategize using spreadsheets. This might not be a surprise, because, as she herself points out, โ€œExperience Design is interdisciplinary and sits at the intersections, because thatโ€™s where things clash and merge, and spark new ways of thinking.โ€ ๐Ÿ‘‰ We talked about blurring the lines between the designer/producer and the audience. "By removing the stage and making the audience the lead protagonists in the story, they get to direct their own journey.โ€ Imagine if we would see our "audience" not as passive observers but as active participants and co-creators. What would our lectures and webinars then look like? ๐Ÿ‘‰ What we think of as โ€œfailureโ€ โ€” or things that donโ€™t follow our narrow presumptions of linear cause and effect, is an invitation to look again, to follow our intuition deeper into the failure because thatโ€™s where new, serendipitous learnings dwell. โ€œI really don't like the word failure or mistakesโ€, says Pigalle, โ€œI see them as experiments where new things are discoveredโ€ฆ.So they are more like learning opportunities.โ€ Join us on Monday, October 9, at We Create Meaning Berlin!#experiencedesign #https://lnkd.in/eQayxe_c

Which is a better indication of a designer's abilities: self-funded, self-initiated solo work or corporate-funded, team-based, assigned role related work? (Note: most of my corporate projects do not necessarily reflect my choices or the best of my abilities).Who is more employable? the corporate designer or the entrepreneur? My current project is to use generative AI to create an online course about...(nope that's a secret)- https://lnkd.in/ezYbanFU

Most workers used to have fixed roles within a hierarchical organization, but today the nature of work today is becoming fluid and dynamic. Project-based work and freelancing are increasingly common, and many roles are now defined by outcomes rather than hours spent at a desk. Success in this new work environment requires not only recognizing that this shift has taken place but also actively strategizing to leverage it to your advantage. Itโ€™s crucial, in particular, the authors argue, to adopt three key strategies: leveraging digital platforms and networks, utilizing open talent and freelancers as a secret weapon, and harnessing the power of AI to augment your capabilities.
